Basic Ingredients: Bread (David’s Killer Bread and Sourdough), Avocado (Half for one serving), Eggs (Substitute egg whites for a lower calorie option)

Additions: Sprouts, Spinach, Heirloom Tomato, Pumpkin Seeds, Drizzle of Olive Oil or Hot Sauce
